Horten has advised TDC Pensionskasse in connection with the sale of 225 youth residences to Catella.
TDC Pensionskasse has sold the youth residences Støberiet at the Copenhagen South Port to the German company Catella which has been authorised to purchase by a South German pension company. This summer, TDC Pensionskasse sold the residential building Formeriet and the purchaser then was also Catella.
Ståberiet consists of 225 youth residences of 34-94 m2, and the supermarket Netto is located at ground floor.
Horten has advised TDC Pensionskasse both in connection with the construction/rebuilding of the property and all aspects of the transaction. The team consisted of partner Michael Neumann, partner Lars Gregersen and senior attorney Rune Halkjær Ebbesen.
