The shareholders of BullWall Lab A/S have accepted an offer from the leading Danish private fund Axcel on a majority of the shares in BullWall Lab A/S. The founders Michael Slipsager, CEO and Jan Lovmand, CTO will continue as minority shareholders.
BullWall has developed and market a unique specialist software acting as a last line of defence against ransomware when conventional cybersecurity systems fail.
Hans Christian Pape, Marie Funch Lind, Malene Høj Hansen, Asger Heine Jensen, Birgitte Toxværd and Iben Møller Vollesen advised the shareholders on the transaction.
