Horten has assisted the owner of the PaaS company Pixels with the sale to the Swedish capital fund Adelis.
Pixelz is a Danish supplier of photo retouching services for editing of product images in connection with e-commerce.
Adelis is a Swedish private equity firm investing in companies based in the Nordic region which have a leading position in their respective markets.
