The experience from the private sector and his broad and deep insight into the challenges facing customers and suppliers in connection with the development, implementation and use of IT form the basis of Jens’ advice.
His areas of expertise within IT law are drafting and negotiation of all types of IT contracts, system development and delivery contracts, hosting and service-based contracts (SaaS/ASP, PaaS, IaaS etc.) as well as outsourcing contracts. Jens is especially focused on new technologies, including AI, IoT, Big Data, robots and blockchain, and IT security as well as the interplay with information and data protection regulations.
A key principle in Jens' legal advice is to enable the client to implement and use the legal advice on a plug-and-play basis.
