Horten has advised the owners of Sustainable Bio Solutions Aabenraa K/S (“SBSA”) in connection with the investment in SBSA by Arjun Infrastructure Partners
Sustainable Bio Solutions Aabenraa is a shovel-ready gas-to-grid biogas project strategically located in Kliplev, Denmark. It is anticipated that once the project is completed, it will be up to four times the size of a typical biogas plant. Completion of construction is targeted for Q2 2022.
Horten has been involved in advising Hudson Sustainable Bio Solutions Aabenraa LLC and Eurolinque Realty UK Limited since their initial acquisition of the project land in June 2018. Horten has advised on all aspects of the ongoing development of the project since then and finally advised on the recent investment by UK-based Arjun Infrastructure Partners.
