Horten has assisted Spirit Energy with all legal aspects of the sale of its Danish oil activities and its share of the Hejre and Solsort fields to INEOS.
The decision to sell the Danish oil activities is based on the assessment that these activities are no longer part of Spirit Energy’s core business. The transaction, which is conditional on the authorities’ approval, is expected to be closed later this year.
