Horten has reinforced the Energy, supply & infrastructure team with attorney Andreas Schønbeck from 1 March 2020.
Andreas was admitted to practice law in 2012 and comes from a position as Lead Counsel and Head of Global Supply Chain (Legal) with the Danish-Japanese company MHI Vestas Offshore Wind A/S. Previously, Andreas was employed with Vestas Wind Systems A/S for five years. Andreas has advised on transactions and complex contracts within the energy sector for 10 years - both in relation to sales, service and purchase - and he has negotiated contracts globally, especially in Asia, Europe and the USA.
In addition, Andreas has been a part-time lecturer in commercial law at the University of Aarhus for seven years and has written a number of articles on contract law and product liability law and textbooks on confidentiality agreements and product liability. Andreas also holds courses on product liability, international contracts and contract drafting and is a commentator at Karnov (the Act on trade secrets).
In 2018, Andreas was nominated for Berlingske Business Talent 100 in the category “advisors”.
