On Friday 27 November 2020, Skinetworks A/S was declared bankrupt, and attorney Nicolai Dyhr, Horten, was appointed trustee together with attorney Troels Tuxen, Bech Bruun.

Subsequently, several persons at Horten has worked around the clock to administer the bankruptcy estate of Denmark’s largest group of ski travel companies as the activities included nine ski travel companies, including Nortlander, Slopetrotter, Summit Week, Active Alps and DAN-SKI.

The sales process has been intense. There have been many potential purchasers, and the sale has taken place in close contact with the estate’s principal creditors.

The activities were sold to Primo Tours A/S on 3 December.

Primo Tours A/S has taken over all employees. The company has therefore been saved as a "going concern".

The acquisition has taken place in close cooperation with the bankruptcy estate’s principal creditors, the Danish Travel Guarantee Fund and Sydbank, who have been very satisfied with the result of the sales process.
