On 2 September 2018, the Danish market leader within software to the supply sector, Sonlinc A/S, was sold to the IT and consultancy firm EG A/S.
Sonlinc was established in 1986, and, since its formation, the company has focused on developing IT solutions for the supply sector, including modules for sale and payment of electricity, water, heat, gas, waste and broadband.
Horten has assisted the sellers of Sonlinc A/S, the estate left by Johan Schrøder and Finn Saksø-Larsen, on all legal aspects of the transaction.
