The Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) is holding a public hearing to identify what energy regulation can do to promote the development of a green and renewable gas sector.

To identify what energy regulation can do to promote the development of a green and renewable gas sector, the CEER will hold a public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is:

  • To identify regulatory challenges for an effective development and transition of the gas sector into renewable energy.
  • To identify supporting factors which the national energy regulators can use and introduce to make the transition as smooth as possible.

The deadline of the hearing is on 17 May 2019.
