The property manager Deas A/S has acquired IQ
Energy Nordic ApS, one of the leading Danish suppliers of technology for
monitoring of and savings on energy consumption.
By acquiring IQ Energy Nordic ApS, Deas A/S will obtain the necessary technology to ensure full insight into the energy consumption of buildings. This will not only benefit the property owners but also make a difference as to reducing carbon emissions.
The sellers of IQ Energy Nordic ApS, Jesper Kjærulff and Frank Schyberg, have operated the company since 2012. They have created a leading supplier of ground-breaking solutions to property portfolios by combining hardware and software and creating the most comprehensive energy management available to businesses in the Nordic countries today. The former owners will continue to operate the company under Deas A/S’ ownership.
Horten has advised Deas A/S on all legal aspects of the transaction.
