Sune advises on all aspects of labour and employment law, including collective labour law, the law pertaining to salaried employees, executive service agreements, mergers and acquisitions and transactional employment law.

He also has experience with the conclusion and interpretation of incentive programmes, handling of trade secrets, mass dismissal procedures and assistance with work and residence permits.

In addition, Sune has experience with competition law and state aid, including Foreign Direct Investments processes and merger control.
