Stine Pedersen deals with all aspects of insurance and tort law. Through her employment in the legal industry and the insurance business, she has in-depth knowledge of and wide experience in advising, administering and conducting litigation in connection with disputes on insurance matters regarding private and business insurance as well as cases concerning recourse, liability and loss/damage, including property damage. She is highly specialised within all matters relating to personal injuries and assists in cases concerning legal reviews of authority decisions, including cases concerning patient injuries.
Stine’s experience in advising and assisting public authorities, companies and private individuals - both the injured party and the tortfeasor - has provided her with a special holistic legal insight into all aspects of these cases.
In addition, Stine has contributed with legal input on insurance and tort law to trade organisations, associations and independent public authorities.
On behalf of Forsikring & Pension, Stine has also been appointed as alternate at meetings before the Patient Compensation Appeals Board.
