Signe Augusta Krebs advises Danish and international clients on commercial disputes, including both civil proceedings and arbitration. She is a specialist in mitigating and resolving disputes and assists in all phases of the dispute resolution process. Signe has particular experience with litigation strategy and emphasizes combining legal precision with a commercial understanding of the client's business.
In recent years, Signe has provided assistance in a wide range of complex and fundamental disputes, including:
- Commercial cases on interpretation of contracts - on defects, missing conditions, etc.
- Post M&A conflicts - when a business transfer develops into a disappointment for the buyer or seller
- Cases on financing and insolvency law - e.g. the OW Bunker case complex
