Signe Augusta Krebs advises Danish and international clients on commercial disputes, including both civil litigation and arbitration. She specializes in dispute prevention and management and assists in all phases of dispute resolution. Signe has particular experience with litigation strategy and emphasizes combining legal precision with a commercial understanding of the client's business.
In recent years, Signe has provided assistance in a wide range of complex and fundamental disputes, including:
- Commercial cases on the interpretation of contracts - on deficiencies, missing conditions, etc.
- Post M&A conflicts - when a business transfer develops into a disappointment for the buyer or seller
