Rikke Munk Rye Andersen

Rikke Munk Rye Andersen advises on procurement law and competition law - both from a Danish perspective as well as an EU law perspective. She is specialised within procurement law and advises contracting entities and tenderers on procurement matters.

She has wide experience handling the entire tender procedure, including assessing and recommending tender forms, arranging tender procedures and preparing tender documents (contract notices, tender specifications and contract documents).

Rikke has been the project manager of several major tender procedures and has therefore obtained wide experience in carrying out procedures with many players which has provided Rikke with specific knowledge of tender procedure with negotiation and competitive dialogue.

In addition, Rikke has handled a large number of complaints, especially before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement.

Rikke also teaches Horten’s own course “Udbudsrettens A-Z”.
