Marie Sylvest Fosbo

Marie Sylvest Fosbo is part of Horten’s Energy, Supply & Infrastructure team and advises primarily on issues within the area of energy and supply. Marie advises on regulatory issues and assists clients with the conclusion, drafting, interpretation and negotiation of complex contracts in especially the energy sector. Marie has particular experience in drafting and negotiating offtake agreements, including (corporate) power purchase agreements (PPAs).

Marie has previously worked in the Litigation, Insurance & Tort Law and Employment Law team, where she has gained extensive experience in conflict prevention and management, including in connection with litigation and industrial arbitration.. Marie has advised Danish and international companies, authorities ad organisations within all aspects of labour and employment law and has worked with litigation and industrial arbitration in all areas of employment law and tort law.
