Malene Graff advises primarily on municipal and administrative law and public-private co-operation (PPC).

She especially advises municipalities, other public authorities and municipally owned companies within a wide range of areas relating to public law, including the rules on the local government mandate, municipal companies, issues relating to the municipalities' establishment and operation of companies and organisation and restructuring of public companies and supply utilities.

Malene has special experience advising in cases concerning municipalities’ establishment of public limited companies, associations and foundations, preparation of articles of association and the subsequent management, etc. She has also advised on several matters concerning municipal support to sports and culture, inter-municipal cooperation and the framework of sale and production of municipal services.

She also frequently advises in cases on access to public records and promotion of trade and has wide experience conducting legal investigations.

From her previous employment with the Social Complaints Board, Malene has experience advising on issues relating to social law and questions and case handling relating to administrative law. In addition, she was wide experience working with the law in a political context from her previous employment with the Ministry of the Interior and Health and Dansk Erhverv (the Danish Chamber of Commerce).
