Louise Letman advises Danish and international enterprises, public authorities and organisations on all aspects of employment and labour law, both the relationship between the company and the individual employee and issues relating to collective agreements. She is specialised in drafting agreements concerning employees’ employment conditions - including incentive schemes, employment contracts and severance agreements, etc.
Louise also advises on employment issues in connection with discrimination and equal treatment, incentive schemes, work and residence permits and company acquisitions.
Louise was previously a part of Horten’s GDPR team and therefore also has in-depth knowledge of HR-related data protection.
Louise also advises on employment law and personal data law in connection with legal investigations.
