Line is specialised within complex projects, for instance inter-municipal climate adaptation projects and establishment of common supply plants (power production, sewage treatment plants, etc.) and restructuring of publicly owned companies, e.g. harbours, supply utilities, cooperation on industrial development, etc. Line’s experience includes legal assistance and advice on planning and process management.
She is part of Horten's coordinating transversal team on ESG.
