Line Markert advises enterprises, owners and authorities in closely regulated sectors, for instance the harbour sector and the energy and supply sector. Line provides advice and sparring on regulatory, commercial and strategic affairs. Line is specialised within complex projects, for instance inter-municipal climate adaptation projects and establishment of common supply plants (power production, sewage treatment plants, etc.) and restructuring of publicly owned companies, e.g. harbours, supply utilities, cooperation on industrial development, etc. Line’s experience includes legal assistance and advice on planning and process management.
She is part of Horten's coordinating transversal team on ESG. Thus, she has an eye for her clients' and business partners' challenges, possibilities, and tasks when companies need to adapt their business to the future ESG requirements. In general, Line always helps create a good framework to strengthen the client's business in complex projects.Furthermore, Line is responsible for Horten's engagement in the Forum for Public Boards that focuses on strengthening the board work in public companies as well as other public organisations that are managed by a board.
