Jakob Tingskov

Jakob Tingskov is a very experienced litigator and plays a central role as partner in Horten's Litigation team. He is specialised within complex and international litigation and arbitration concerning a wide range of commercial matters, including post-M&A disputes, insurance matters and contract interpretation and damages. Jakob also has wide experience conducting litigation concerning financial or insolvency issues.

Jakob is B. com. in accounting and business finance and possesses an exceptionally good understanding of financial statements. He is especially good at presenting cases with complex facts and law easily - an ability which leads to favourable results in Jakob’s cases.

Jakob is often appointed trustee. He is a member of the Danish Debt Collection Agency’s panel of lawyers and has administered a large number of bankruptcy estates over the years. Consequently, Jakob has obtained wide experience conducting litigation concerning voidable transactions and managerial liability.
