She works within the area of consumer and commercial credit, with special focus on movable property finance and in-court debt recovery. Debbie advises professional creditors on the legal aspects of collection of stand-alone loans, overdrafts and movable property finance, including leasing contracts and issues relating to credit agreements.
In this connection, Debbie conducts litigation and procedures before the enforcement court within the field of commercial law, in particular issues relating to credit law and leasing disputes.
