Christian advises on IT law and intellectual property law, including drafting of IT contracts. Christian’s experience includes system development and supplier contracts as well as hosting and service-based contracts.
He focuses on new technologies, including AI, IoT and robots, and the legal issues in this connection. Christian also focuses on the latest cybersecurity regulations.
In addition, Christian advises private undertakings on whistleblower schemes, including setting up whistleblower schemes, data protection issues relating to whistleblower schemes and handling of specific whistleblower cases.
