Andreas also advises financial companies on regulatory matters relating to their licenses, measures against money laundering and terrorist financing, and other compliance-related matters.
The advice also covers alternative investment funds in connection with their establishment, cross-border marketing, and investments in Denmark.
Andreas also advises companies on company law matters, including, for example, in relation to capital increases and outflow, direct investments, intra-group restructurings, and similar matters.
Andreas is also an external lecturer at Copenhagen Business School, where he primarily teaches contract law at both bachelor's and master's level.
