Horten has admitted attorney Jonas Eigil Nielsen as Junior Partner as of 1 January 2023.
Jonas Eigil Nielsen is a central part of Horten’s M&A team as an adviser to Danish and international clients on all aspects relating to M&A transactions. Jonas has been a part of Horten’s M&A team for 10 years and has comprehensive experience advising on all types and sizes of transactions, especially within private equity and venture capital as well as energy and infrastructure. He also advises on financing and funding.
Jonas has been employed with Horten for more than 11 years, starting as a law student in 2011. He graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2015 and was admitted to the Danish bar in 2018. In 2022, only four years after his admission to the Danish bar, Jonas was appointed Director. Jonas also has significant international experience, both practically and academically, and has studied law in Hong Kong, Texas and London.
With the admission of Jonas Eigil Nielsen as junior partner, Horten wishes to continue the positioning as one of the country’s leading advisers within M&A transactions, and Jonas is therefore to contribute to consolidating Horten’s position on the M&A market.
