Movinn A/S and AG Gruppen A/S have signed a development agreement and a long term master lease agreement regarding a 4.700 sqm commercial development project in Copenhagen.
The 94 units of the hotel/serviced apartments will have access to a shared workspace and a wellness area with sauna, cold showers, soaking tubs, gym and treatment room. The development is situated in Amager with walking distance to the beach and short commute to the city center and the airport alike.
The property will be constructed to obtain a certification under the DGBN rating system. Different sustainable features will be prioritized in the project; large solar panel systems on the roof being one tangible example.
The property is scheduled to be handed over in late 2025 / early 2026.
