PensionDanmark has sold the 10,000 square metre large building at Amager, more specifically at Njalsgade close to the corner of Ørestads Boulevard in Copenhagen.
The three-digit million investment has been made by the German investor NAS Real Nordics which is investing in Danish property for the first time.
Horten has assisted PensionDanmark in connection with the sale.
