Together with DSB, Danica is going to build 25,000 square metres of residential accommodation, office and retail in the centre of Copenhagen. Horten has advised DSB on the joint venture agreement. 

DSB Ejendomsudvikling and Danica Pension have concluded an agreement according to which the pension fund will invest a three-digit million amount in the development of an area at Carsten Niebuhrs Gade, Postbyen in Copenhagen. DSB Ejendomsudvikling and Danica Pension will be responsible for the construction of 25,000 square metres for dwellings, student accommodation, rental accommodation and office and retail.

When the project has been completed, DSB Ejendomsudvikling and Danica Pension will operate the rental via a joint venture. The construction will begin in 2024.

Horten has advised DSB on all legal aspects of the joint venture agreement.
