During the spring, a comprehensive amendment to the Competition Act provided extended access to carry out unannounced inspection visits (dawn raids). Horten’s Dawn Raid Guide will give you an overview of how to best prepare for dawn raids.
With this year’s amendment to the Competition Act, the competition authorities have been given the possibility to carry out inspection visits outside the company’s premises, for instance at private homes.
Horten’s Dawn Raid Guide will give you a simple and clear overview of how a dawn raid is carried out how to be prepared for it. The Guide is divided into three central phases reflecting a typical dawn raid:
- The competition authorities’ arrival
- The inspection
- The conclusion of the inspection.
In addition, the Guide contains check lists and many practical tips.
