Horten is pleased to announce Tine Kaspersen as new CEO as of August 3rd 2020. Tine comes from a position as the COO of BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group, and before that, she was employed with Mærsk Line.
The chairman of the board at Horten, Mikkel Primdal Kæregaard, says the following about the choice of Tine Kaspersen:
“When you look at Tine’s strong profile, she is a perfect match for the position as Horten’s CEO. At BIG, she has proved her strength as part of the management in an innovative partner-operated business in growth, and she therefore contributes with both experience and competencies and not least a novel approach when it comes to operating a partner-owned business, which we wish to strengthen further. Tine is going to ensure the framework for Horten's continued growth and shape the course of Horten's future development, both in relation to the internal organisation and the external profile.”
The change in Horten’s top management takes places after a period of non-stop growth for the last 15 years. Horten’s present size as one of Denmark’s largest law firms, the expansion the last two years with offices in Aarhus and Herning and a wish to grow further mean that now is the right time to move the business in terms of management and strategy.
