Horten has assisted PayPerWash with the conclusion of a financing agreement of up to DKK 600 million to support the company’s Nordic and international growth strategy.
The Danish fund manager Capital Four has concluded a financing agreement with PayPerWash to finance and advance the company’s geographical expansion.
PayPerWash was established in 2018 and is the leading Nordic provider of complete solutions concerning installation and administration of laundries, and the company handles more than 100,000 transactions each month all over Europe. PayPerWash’s full-service solutions, which primarily focus on the housing market, provide its customers with the opportunity to obtain major savings each year and at the same time improve the users’ comfort and experience. By installing advanced equipment, PayPerWash’s solutions also provide the best environmentally friendly and energy-efficient washing machines on the market.
The financing agreement of up to DKK 600 million, of which DKK 300 million was paid directly by Capital Four, will help the company advance its Nordic and international growth strategy.
Horten has assisted PayPerWash with the legal aspects of the agreement.
