Attorney Thomas Booker advises on Danish and international tax law, restructuring, group taxation and tax consolidation and conducts litigation within tax law before the ordinary courts and the administrative authorities, including the National Tax Tribunal. Thomas is specialised within taxation of real estate and advises several of the largest property owners in Denmark on property tax etc. Thomas has also handed in a PhD dissertation about taxation of real estate, which he will present and defend in March 2019 at Aarhus University.
In addition, Thomas has authored numerous articles in various national and international tax law journals and has co-authored the book “Transaktioner i selskaber – selskabsret, regnskab og skat” (in English: Company transactions - company law, accounting and tax). He is also one of the most often used lecturers within tax law and company law.

Attorney Jesper Petersen Bach has throughout his career worked in both the private and public sector, including as head of a procurement division. Jesper has in-depth experience in conducting procurement procedures for public contracting entities and has conducted numerous cases before the Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the courts and the Building and Construction Arbitration Board.
Jesper’s areas of expertise include advice on procurement procedures within the area of construction, healthcare, the harbour sector, the supply sector, etc. Since 2009, Jesper has taught procurement law and construction law as an external lecturer at Aarhus University, including in connection with a course for elite students. Jesper also holds various courses on procurement on a regular basis. Jesper is recommended in Legal 500, 2018.
