TDC Pensionskasse has sold the property Formeriet to the Catella European Residential Fund III for Euro 37 million.
The property Formeriet at Teglholmen, the Copenhagen South Port, was built in 2017 and consists of 70 apartments of 72-129 m2 and 63 underground parking spaces.
The Berlin-based Catella European Residential Fund III is part of Catella Residential Investment Management GmbH, and with this transaction, the fund has a property portfolio of Euro 400 million.
Horten has advised TDC Pensionskasse in connection with the sale of the property, and the team consisted of Michael Neumann, Lars Gregersen, Thomas Booker, Rune Ebbesen and Kenneth Steenbjerg.
