Horten has assisted the Danish private equity fund Polaris in the acquisition of a majority stake in the eSoft group.
eSoft offers marketing solutions for real estate agents and comprehensive post-production services for photography companies worldwide.
Polaris is a Danish private equity fund focused on investing in Nordic mid-sized companies. Its most recent fund – vintage 2021 – has total commitments of EUR 650 million.
