Horten has assisted the Swedish private equity fund Adelis in the acquisition of a controlling stake in Westpack A/S.
Westpack A/S is a Danish manufacturer and supplier of special packaging to mainly glasses, jewellery and watches.
Adelis is a Swedish private equity fund investing in companies based in the Nordic region which have a leading position in their respective markets. Adelis has more than EUR 2bn assets under management, and its most recent fund raised in 2021 has total commitments of EUR 932 million.
