Philip Hesselbjerg

Philip Hesselbjerg advises on commercial law, including matters relating to company and securities legislation and drafting of all forms of commercial contracts, i.a. shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements and infrastructure agreements.

In addition, Philip has experience within competition law, EU law and human rights. Philip also has great practical experience with legal investigations.

Philip is interested in politics and has previously been a member of the municipal council of the Municipality of Egedal. He therefore has in-depth knowledge of the policy-making process and strategic and organisational matters in public organisations.
