Tue Trier is specialised within environmental and  general public law. He advises on administrative law, but also on more specialised areas within environmental law such as road law, expropriation and supply law.

Tue has wide experience advising public authorities and organisations as well as private enterprises, and he also conducts legal proceedings and complaint procedures in the public law area. He advises clients on current problems and legal proceedings before different administrative authorities, appeals bodies and the courts. Tue also advises on major infrastructure projects.

In addition, Tue has wide experience within all legal aspects of expropriation. Both in relation to clarifying whether a measure constitutes expropriation and the consequences thereof, and in relation to carrying out expropriations, including questions of lawfulness and damages. Previously, Tue has assisted public authorities, municipalities and private enterprises in connection with expropriation, and he has therefore appeared before all Danish authorities - both within the municipal and the State area.

Tue is a very experienced speaker and lecturer at VEJ-EU, JUC, Landinspektørforeningen (the Association of Land Surveyors) and Horten’s own courses, and he has previously taught administrative law at the University of Copenhagen.
