Stefan Simmelsgaard Hansen

Stefan Simmelsgaard Hansen advises primarily within matters relating to insolvency law, including trustee assignments in bankruptcy estates, restructuring in and out of court, purchase and sale of insolvent enterprises, forced sale of real estate and disputes arising out of insolvency proceedings.  

Stefan is an experienced litigator with a right to appear before the High Courts and has conducted cases concerning avoidance, bankruptcy restriction orders, liability of guarantors, K/S matters and other commercial disputes.  

Stefan is a certified insolvency attorney with the Association of Danish Insolvency Lawyers and has for several years taught at the University of Copenhagen on the subject property and creditor law.
