Rune Halkjær Ebbesen is specialised within real estate. He advises both lessors and lessees in connection with the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements and handling of matters pertaining to rent legislation, including disputes. Further, Rune advises purchasers, sellers and developers of real estate in connection with the conclusion of purchase and development agreements, and he also provides advice in connection with the handling of real estate in general, including defects. Rune also has wide experience in the handling of properties in distress. In addition, he has experience in the handling of owners' associations and construction, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
