Marie Bockhahn is specialised within environmental and planning law, supply law and general public law. She has wide experience advising municipalities and private companies on environmental approvals, planning regulations, soil contamination, waste and water and waste water supply.

Within environmental and planning law, Marie advises on the preparation of and exemption from local plans, regulation of contaminating businesses and liability for soil contamination.

Within the supply area, Marie advises on the supply of water and waste water and especially on the fixing and calculation of construction and connection fees and the supply obligation.

In addition, Marie has wide experience in environmental due diligence within various sectors and in connection with the transfer of both publicly and privately-owned businesses.

She has conducted many key cases within her areas of expertise, and she conducts litigation on soil contamination, planning regulations, the liability in damages of public authorities and water and waste water supply.

Marie is an experienced lecturer both at Horten’s internal courses and at external course providers, and she also holds tailored courses for municipalities and supply companies.
