Anders Jakobsen

Anders Jakobsen is specialised within procurement law and advises on all aspects of procurement law from the preparation of tender strategies and contract documents to the award of the contract.

Anders also has wide experience in preparing IT contracts, including standard contracts concerning purchase of systems, operating and maintenance agreements and consulting agreements. He especially assists contracting entities and tenderers in connection with the preparation of IT tender procedures and quality assurance of tender documents in this respect.

In addition, Anders holds courses concerning procurement law and tender procedures concerning IT contracts.
