Alessandro Traina has more than 10 years’ experience advising on real estate, M&A, business leases and property development.

Due to Alessandro’s international background growing up and studying abroad, his
primary focus has been on assisting international clients with a large number of property transactions and negotiation of prominent high-street lease agreements.

Alessandro’s in-depth knowledge of real estate and business leases implies that he has become a daily sparring partner to a large number of clients in relation to current asset management of property portfolios.

In addition, Alessandro has established a special niche advising professional athletes in connection with their club transfers to/from Italy.

Alessandro’s recent cases include:

  • Worldwide Flight Services (WFS): Has advised on the sale and lease back transaction of a property of 11,669 m2 at the Copenhagen Airport to CBRE GI.
  • CATENA AB: Has advised on the acquisition of six logistics properties of more than 250,000 m2 from NTG in both Denmark and Sweden at a total value of more than DKK 650 million.
  • Hines Pan-European Core Fund: Has advised on the acquisition of a logistics property of 60,747 m2 in Denmark from Pareto.
  • Ogilvy Capital: Has advised on the conclusion of a lease agreement, including options to purchase, concerning the hotel Bremerholmen 6 - also known as Herman K.
  • Marylebone properties: Has advised on the sale of the project “Høje Haver” to CASA - an area in Ballerup known as the Danish version of Silicon Valley. When finished, the area will consist of approx. 80 sustainable DGNB certified residential units.
  • Aviva: Has advised on the negotiation of lease agreements at Galleri K, including Mango’s flagship store in Copenhagen.
  • Wihlborgs: Has advised on the acquisition of Industriparken 21 in Ballerup of 10,200 m2.
  • Catena AB: Has advised on the Swedish-owned company’s acquisition of three properties owned by PostNord in Hillerød, Horsens and Odense. The acquisition was structured as a sale and lease back transaction at a total price of DKK 170 million.
  • Østerbro Tømmerhandel: Has advised on the takeover of Jernpladsen in Søborg - a site of 7,500 m2. Tømmerhandlen is also located in Vejby, Hornbæk, Østerbro, Nørrebro and Vesterbro.
  • Has advised on transfers of players to/from Sampdoria, Genoa, Sassuolo, Lyon, FCK, Pescara, etc.
