René Frisdahl Jensen

René Frisdahl Jensen is specialised within energy and supply law and has more than 20 years' experience within the area. René has in-depth business insight and knowledge of the regulation across different supply sectors and advises a large number of Danish and international clients on regulatory issues, complex contracts, disputes and transactions within the energy and supply area. He also advises on projects concerning renewable energy, green change-over and intelligent energy solutions.

René has previously been employed as a commercial and energy counsellor at the Permanent Representation of Denmark to the European Union in Brussels and as a special consultant at the Danish Energy Agency.

René conducts cases before the courts and complaint boards within energy and supply and further advises on EU law and international legal relations in the energy and supply sector.

He often gives lectures, holds courses and writes articles and books concerning topics within his areas of expertise.
