Signe Berg is specialised within tort law, especially for the state and the municipalities. Signe also has wide experience advising on social law, the rules on case handling and other issues relating to public law.

Signe has wide experience from her former employment with the Ministry of Justice and the Parliamentary Ombudsman where she advised on the granting of social benefits under the Social Services Act and municipal cases concerning slow case handling.

In addition, Signe is also an experienced litigator before the district and high courts. Signe represents the Patient Compensation Appeals Board in cases concerning the public patient compensation scheme.
