Signe Berg advises on municipal and administrative law, including especially the local government mandate, the question of authority, social law, the rules on case handling and other issues relating to public law. Signe also has in-depth experience within tort law.

Signe has wide experience from her former employment with the Ministry of Justice and the Parliamentary Ombudsman where she advised on the awarding of social benefits under the Social Services Act and municipal cases concerning slow case handling.

Signe is also an experienced litigator before the district and high courts. She represents the Patient Compensation Appeals Board in cases concerning the public patient compensation scheme.
