Sarah Maringele advises on EU law and international (procedural) law, human rights, competition law and procurement law.

As regards EU law and international law, Sarah advises on the provisions of the treaty, construction of the treaty and the implementation of provisions pertaining to EU law.

Based on her PhD thesis and her work at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, she has wide experience handling diplomatic, political, strategic and legal problems at both an international and a European level.

In addition, Sarah advises on competition law, including in relation to the prohibition against agreements restricting competition, merger control and compliance with competition law. She also advises on digitalisation and technology and holds an LL.M. degree concerning blockchain and competition law.
