Michelle Seidelin advises Danish and international enterprises, public authorities and organisations on all aspects of employment and labour law, both the relationship between the company and the individual employee and issues relating to collective agreements. In addition, Michelle deals with litigation and industrial arbitration within all aspects of labour and employment law, and she also conducts litigation concerning personal injury compensation, including work-related injuries and the public patient compensation scheme.Michelle also writes regularly for Karnov's HR guide.In addition, Michelle was previously a part of Horten’s public law team and therefore has experience in advising on aspects of municipal and administrative law.
