Maria Schmiegelow advises on resolution of disputes and litigation, including general commercial law, insurance law and the law of tort.In addition, Maria advises on working environment, and she has advised private enterprises, public authorities and organisations on all aspects of employment and labour law for a number of years. She is also the co-author of the book "Ansættelsesklausulloven" (the Act on employment clauses), and she writes regularly for Karnov's newsletter "Arbejdsmiljø ABF".
