Maria Schmiegelow is an experienced litigator specialised within commercial disputes. Over the years, Maria has been involved in and conducted various high-profile cases concerning damages and managerial liability for Danish and foreign enterprises. She also represents clients in corporate criminal cases and cases concerning judicial review of authority decisions.

  • Subsidy scheme case: Involved in an action for damages against management members concerning unlawful use of a public subsidy scheme.
  • Exercise of authority: Involved in a leading Supreme Court case concerning violation of human rights within forensic psychiatry.
