Mads Herdichek Langfeldt

Mads Herdichek Langfeldt advises on renewable energy and ESG related projects and matters. He works particularly with regulatory matters, commercial contracts, and M&A within the energy sector.

Mads is part of Horten's dedicated ESG corporate advisory team. Hence, he has in-depth knowledge in relation to ESG related matters – both in regard to the regulation and the implementation.

In addition, Mads is experienced with advising on corporate law matters and he teaches as an external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark within company law.
