Jannie Stenmann Jensen advises Danish and international enterprises, public authorities and organisations on all aspects of employment and labour law, both the relationship between the company and the individual employee and issues relating to collective agreements.

Jannie advises on employment issues in connection with discrimination and equal treatment, service agreements, contracts of employment, dismissal/summary dismissal, severance agreements and non-competition and non-solicitation clauses.

Jannie also advises enterprises on the employees’ legal position in the event of a transfer of business. In addition, she advises on public employment and collective agreements.
