Jacob Kornerup

Jacob Kornerup has many years’ experience in providing legal advice to Danish and international enterprises in connection with M&A, funding and venture and private equity investments. He is an experienced M&A attorney and has acted as lead counsel on a range of major Danish and cross-border transactions. Jacob has in-depth experience in relation to establishing venture and private equity funds as well as in finance law.

Jacob teaches M&A at courses provided by the Danish Bar and Law Society for assistant attorneys and was previously an external lecturer at the University of Copenhagen on the law of obligations.
