Camilla Skadborg advises on and conducts litigation on behalf of public authorities. Throughout her career, Camilla has represented municipalities, regions and government authorities before the courts, and she also has wide experience advising authorities on complaints.

Camilla has conducted numerous legal proceedings on the liability of public authorities, including due to slow or incorrect case handling, revocation of public authorisations, health and psychiatric law and employment and social law. Camilla has thorough insight into the public administration’s wishes and needs and always includes these in the arrangement and handling of all aspects of the litigation. She understands the value of quickly identifying the heart of the matter and defining the case to eliminate any unnecessary steps.

Camilla also has experience advising municipalities on administrative issues as well as specialised issues within the Health Act, the Social Act and issues on inter-municipal reimbursement under the rules of the Danish Act on Legal Protection and Administration in Social Matters.

Camilla has been an external lecturer in civil procedure at the University of Copenhagen since 2017 and started as lecturer at at the legal education on the subject “The trial hearing” in 2022.
